Therefore, the actual performance of deep groove ball bearings of the same specifications should be considerably discounted. Appropriate amount of lubricant, do not need to clean before installation, do not need to add lubricant, the top screw on the convex end of the bearing inner ring is tightened on the shaft. The allowable axial load shall not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load.
The performance of the outer spherical ball bearing with eccentric sleeve is basically the same as that of the outer spherical bearing with jacking wire, except that the jacking wire is not on the inner ring, but on the eccentric sleeve. Its characteristic is that when cooperating with the shaft, the jacking thread is used to push on the shaft and then play a fixed effect. However, the environmental requirements of its cooperation are necessary to oscillate on a small scale. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing is widely used in textile machinery, ceramic machinery and other production professions.
Second, with taper external spherical ball bearing its code: UK200 series, UK300 series. The taper inner hole of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing with the inner diameter of 1:12 share should be used in cooperation with the tight sleeve. The characteristics of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing are: it can accept a larger load than the outer spherical ball bearing with the top wire. Because the inner diameter of the same type of tight set sleeve combined with it is smaller than that of the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire, for example, the inner diameter of the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire UC209 is 45mm, and the diameter of the shaft used in cooperation with it is 45mm. If it is changed to the outer spherical ball bearing with taper, the tight set sleeve with inner diameter of 45mm can only be selected. And with 45mm tight sleeve cooperation with taper external spherical ball bearing only UK210 (of course, if the fit is higher, you can choose UK310). Therefore, the fit accepted by UK210 should be much greater than that of UC209.
Three, with eccentric sleeve outer spherical ball bearing code :UEL200 series, UEL300 series, SA200 series. The primary feature of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing is that the upper end of the bearing has a certain degree of pain, and there is a pain sleeve with the same degree of pain. This kind of bearing can also be said to be special bearing, because it is mainly used in agricultural machinery (cutting machine, straw returning machine, threshing machine, etc.), this kind of outer spherical ball bearing is mainly used in the layout with strong beating comparison, and the cooperation of biased layout can effectively reduce the strong beating.
